We are a firm based on the island of Syros, the capital of the Cyclades, undertaking reconstruction and new construction projects throughout Greece. Our work is diverse, reflecting the dream of the owner, the vision and the demands of each project. We work closely with all parts involved offering solutions. Placing a high priority on construction supervision, since this often defines the success of a project, we specialize in new practices and materials to high-quality projects with the goal of ensuring the best result.

we do
When it comes to working on renovation projects, the balance between preserving the past of the property while providing the necessary updates to ensure its future is delicate. Since 2010, we have been reconstructing distinguished structures back to their original grandeur, bringing them up to modern standards with careful processes and procedures. Our approach and philosophy has always been that repairing a building requires understanding its construction and the causes of its decay. Thus, we treat traditional and historic masonry buildings as breathing structures which need to be handled in completely different ways than any modern structure; we choose environmentally-friendly materials that will promote sustainable energy and meet the requirements of the Greek Ministry of Culture, non-cement mortars made up of pozzolans for stone masonry strengthening and consolidation, state-of-the-art methods and practises to reinforce stone structures allowing them to 'breathe'.
